What to do if there has been an unauthorized transaction with my Skrill Card?

The Skrill Prepaid Mastercard® is available only to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries and the UK.

There is an unauthorized transaction made with my Skrill Card.

If you find any unauthorized transactions made with your Skrill Card, please fill in the form below. You must also contact the merchant regarding this transaction. This would allow the merchant to fix any mistakes or issue a refund if applicable.

In case the merchant is not cooperative, or is making the unauthorized transactions, or if any type of fraud has occurred, please contact us immediately. A dispute process will be initiated once the transaction has been cleared.

Please keep in mind that any pending transactions must clear to either accepted or declined before any action can be taken.

How can I make a chargeback?

If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. You can ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.
