Talk to us about your mental health

It can be helpful to tell us if you’re going through a difficult situation that affects your ability to communicate with us, how you manage your account, or if someone else is helping with your finances.

If you’re going through a period of poor mental health, tell us how we can help:

  • log into your account via a web browser, go to Settings > Personal details > Additional support programme > Edit, and select all options that apply, or
  • contact us via the available channel at the end of the article.

We’ll use this information to see if there’s anything we can do to help, including:

  • changing the way in which we contact you
  • tailoring our communication to your specific needs
  • referring you to external charities and organizations who can provide specialist support.

The details you share with us will be added as a note to your account, so we can offer you the best support for your situation. We’ll never share your information outside of Skrill, unless required to do so by law. We’ll always ask for your consent before making any changes to the way we support you, unless we believe it’s necessary for your wellbeing.
