Applicable fees will be displayed on the transaction summary screen.

A network fee may also be applied, which is beyond our control. It is paid to crypto miners and validators for verifying transactions on the blockchain and keeping the network secure. We show you the estimated Network fee and net amount of crypto you'll receive. However, the final amount you receive might differ as the quotes are dynamic and non-final.

You can also check our Fees page for additional information.

What are the limits?

The applicable transaction limits are calculated dynamically and displayed on-screen upon initiating the payment.

How long does it take to receive the purchased crypto?

Blockchain transactions usually take between 15 and 60 minutes to appear in the recipient crypto wallet.

In rare cases, your transaction may remain pending for up to 24 hours. If the purchase fails, we will notify you on-screen or send an e-mail notification once the transaction status is updated.

You can trace your payment by selecting it from your Skrill transaction history and pressing ‘View transaction on the blockchain’. The transaction will be labeled as Crypto Buy. For further details, check our related article linked below.
