All our digital interfaces follow universal design principles, making them usable by the broadest range of people.

  • log into your account via a web browser, go to Settings > Personal details > Additional support programme > Edit, and select all options that apply, or
  • contact us via the available channel at the end of the article.

We’ll use this information to see if there’s anything we can do to help, including:

  • changing the way in which we contact you
  • tailoring our communication to your specific needs
  • referring you to external charities and organizations who can provide specialist support.

The details you share with us will be added as a note to your account, so we can offer you the best support for your situation.
