We understand that difficult situations can make it hard to manage your account or finances, or to communicate with us. We are here to help!
If you’re going through an unexpected life event, such as losing your home or job, caring for a loved one, or bereavement, tell us how we can help:
- log into your account via a web browser, go to Settings > Personal details > Additional support programme > Edit, and select all options that apply, or
- contact us via the available channel at the end of the article.
We’ll use this information to see if there’s anything we can do to help, including:
- helping you understand your responsibilities and legal obligations if you operate a Power of Attorney
- changing the way in which we contact you
- referring you to external charities and organizations who can provide specialist support.
The details you share with us will be added as a note to your account, so we can offer you the best support for your situation. We’ll never share your information outside of Skrill, unless required to do so by law. We’ll always ask for your consent before making any changes to the way we support you, unless we believe it’s necessary for your wellbeing.
