By entering this Promotion, Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AMONG OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS.

Promotion for U.S. Residents:  The Skrill USA “Final Score” Game Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Skrill USA, Inc. ("Skrill USA””). Skrill USA (NMLS:935195) is registered with FinCEN and licensed as a money transmitter in various U.S. states and territories. Limited Time Offer - Promotional Period:  From August 14, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. EST through May 30, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. PST, (the “Promotional Period”). These Promotion Terms & Conditions are to be read together and interpreted subject to the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use. The Promotion is free for Participants meeting the Eligibility Criteria below, and there are no requirements to engage in any Skrill USA digital wallet Account transactions or Account activity to participate.

1. Eligibility Criteria: In order to participate in the Promotion and have the opportunity to receive a Knect Points Reward, Participant must meet all of the criteria set forth below and in these Terms & Conditions. Participation by a U.S. resident is open to all natural persons who:

1.1 hold a valid Skrill USA digital wallet account (an “Account”) in good standing, that is not restricted or blocked by Skrill USA, and have accepted the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use;
1.2. already have or contemporaneously create a Knect Loyalty Program Account connected to your Skrill USA digital wallet Account and have accepted the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.
1.3. are of legal age according to the laws of your U.S. state of residence;
1.4. do not have your Account registered or used in any country or location outside of the United States;
1.5. are not a resident of any U.S. state, territory, or jurisdiction where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited; 
1.6. do not use your Skrill USA Account for commercial purposes;
1.7. comply with all requirements and restrictions as set forth in these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
1.8. Skrill USA reserves the right to require a Participant to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria including compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions, and Skrill USA may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time period as stipulated by Skrill USA or if Skrill USA in its discretion, is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met. 

2. How to Participate: Eligible Skrill USA Account holders (“Participants”) may participate during the Promotional Period via the “Game” section within the official Skrill USA App which may be accessed through the Participant’s Skrill USA Account. Participants may earn Knect Loyalty Program points (“Knect Points”) by taking part in the following activity as part of the Promotion:

2.1. Play Final Score:  During the Promotional Period, Participants may submit final score picks for selected Premier League matches in each Round through the “Game” section of the Skrill USA App. Final score picks must be submitted before the applicable match kicks off. Participants may earn Knect Points by correctly selecting the exact final score of an eligible match. Knect Points awarded for exact final score picks will be displayed within the Skrill USA App and may vary from time to time at Skrill USA's discretion. Late, incomplete, or otherwise invalid final score picks will not be eligible to receive Knect Points. For the purposes of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the term “Round” means the group of Premier League fixtures designated by Skrill USA within the Skrill USA App for a particular game week.

3. Ranking and Leaderboard: Participants may earn Knect Points through exact final score picks described in Section 2 and may also earn additional Knect Points based on their monthly leaderboard ranking. The ranking of Participants will be displayed in the Skrill USA App (using a randomly generated, system-assigned nickname that cannot be modified, altered, or customized by Participants) in the form of a dynamic leaderboard (the "Leaderboard"). Beginning October 1, 2026, Participants will earn Experience Points (“XP”) by correctly picking the outcome of eligible Premier League matches (win, loss, or draw), regardless of whether the exact final score is correctly picked. XP are leaderboard ranking points used solely to determine a Participant's position on the monthly Leaderboard. XP have no monetary value, are not redeemable, cannot be transferred, and are separate from Knect Points. Knect Points are the rewards awarded pursuant to this Promotion. At the end of each calendar month, Participants will be ranked based on the XP earned during that month. A Participant's final monthly leaderboard position will be converted into a Knect Points Reward in accordance with the applicable reward structure set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any Knect Points awarded based on a Participant's leaderboard ranking will be added to any Knect Points earned through exact final score pickions. The Participant's total Knect Points earned during the Promotion will be the aggregate of all Knect Points earned through both methods. The Leaderboard will reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Leaderboard ranking credits from prior months will not carry forward; however, any Knect Points previously awarded will remain credited to the Participant's Knect Loyalty Program account. The Leaderboard for Skrill USA Participants will be comprised solely of eligible Skrill USA Participants. Participants from other countries will not be included in the Skrill USA Leaderboard. The Leaderboard will not include any Knect Points earned outside of this Promotion.

If two or more Participants finish with the same number of XP, ranking will be determined by:

(a) the higher number of correctly picked match outcomes; then

(b) the higher number of correctly picked exact final scores.

If Participants remain tied after applying the above criteria, the tied Participants will share the applicable leaderboard position and the Knect Points Reward allocated to that ranking position or reward tier shall be divided equally among all tied Participants.

4. Knect Point Rewards: This Promotion is a skill‑based activity, and Knect Points Rewards will be awarded solely on the basis of the Participant’s correct submissions during the Promotion activities. Rewards are based solely on the accuracy of submitted final score picks and not on random chance.

4.1. At the end of each calendar month during the Promotional Period, the top 500 Participants on the monthly Leaderboard will receive the following Knect Points Rewards based on their monthly ranking:

4.3. Skrill USA reserves the right to modify XP allocations, Knect Point rewards, leaderboard structures, eligible matches, and other game mechanics during the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

4.4. Skrill USA reserves the right to request, collect, verify, and retain any tax forms, tax identification information, certifications, or other documentation that Skrill USA reasonably determines is required in connection with a Participant's participation in the Promotion or receipt of any Reward. Participants agree to provide any requested information within the timeframe specified by Skrill USA. Skrill USA reserves the right to withhold, delay, deny, or revoke any Reward if a Participant fails to provide requested tax information or documentation. Skrill USA may issue any tax reporting forms and make any tax-related filings, disclosures, deductions, withholdings, or reports required by applicable law.

4.5. Rewards are not transferable to another person. Any applicable federal or state taxes owed by the Participant are the sole responsibility of the Participant.  Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for delays caused by technical issues outside its control. Participants who do not win a Reward will not be notified. Any and all decisions made by Skrill USA with respect to the Rewards, is final.

5. Limitation on Participation:

5.1. Each Participant may only hold one Skrill USA Account for the purposes of this Promotion. Any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion at Skrill USA’s sole discretion. Skrill USA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Participant’s access to the Promotion in case of suspected misuse.

5.2. Employees and contractors of Skrill USA or of any company with the Paysafe group of companies, and their immediate family members related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship or any person living in the same household as a Skrill USA or Paysafe group employee, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

6. Privacy: Any personal data or personal information provided by Participant in connection with this Promotion will be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the Promotion and distributing Prizes, and will be processed in accordance the Paysafe Group Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

7. Legal Recourse:

7.1. A Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions by participating in this Promotion during the Promotion Period. Skrill USA reserves the right to refuse participation or refuse to issue a Prize to anyone in breach of these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

7.2. Skrill USA reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time at our sole discretion by sending written notice to the primary email address registered to your Skrill USA Account and by amending these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Skrill USA reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms & Conditions or in the event of a computer virus or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Skrill USA that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion..

7.3. Skrill USA reserves the right to remove a Participant from this Promotion where Skrill USA has reason to believe that a Participant breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms & Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures, or any legal restriction or prohibition on this Promotion.

7.4. This Promotion does not apply to residents of U.S. states, territories, or jurisdictions where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited.  

7.5. All decisions by Skrill USA related to this Promotion are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be forthcoming from Skrill USA after such decision.

7.6. Google Play and Apple App Store are not sponsors nor in any way connected or involved in any activity related to this Promotion by Skrill USA.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for participation not successfully completed or a Prize not successfully provided, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  Skrill USA is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network connection, or network hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion participation process; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing or participation in the Knect Loyalty Program, or in relation to redeeming any Kinect Points obtained by means of the Promotion; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or related to the Prize.

8.2. Skrill USA is not responsible, nor shall it be liable for: (i) any actions or failure to act or perform; or (ii) any alleged discrepancy, or complaint related in any way to this Promotion or the Knect Loyalty Program.

8.3. Skrill USA shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms & Conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, pandemic, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, or transportation delays or cancellations.

8.4. Insofar as is permitted by law, Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participant or prospective Participant, or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for or in connection with a Participant’s participation (or attempted participation) in the Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected. nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes or limits in any way any liability for death or personal injury caused by Skrill’s negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be excluded or limited.

8.5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SKRILL USA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT, PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THIS PROMOTION, TO PARTICIPATION OR ATTEMPTED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND/OR REDEMPTION OF A KNECT POINTS REWARD EARNED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SKRILL USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnity:  By participating this Promotion, Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) the Participant’s participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of a Prize; or iii) while preparing for, or participating in, any Promotion-related activity.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:  The Promotion is subject to the federal and state laws of the state of Delaware, with the exclusion of the respective provisions on conflict of laws. Jurisdiction resides with the federal and state courts of New Castle County, Delaware. Should any individual provisions of these terms be deemed or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
