(“Skrill USA”) digital wallet account (“Account”), and you are accepted as an Account holder by Skrill USA, and thereafter, you are among the first six thousand (6,000) new Skrill USA Account holders to deposit twenty U.S. dollars ($20.00 USD) or more in your newly opened Account, and you meet all of the Eligibility Criteria set forth below, you may participate (as a “Participant”) in this First 6,000 New Unites States of America Customers to Deposit $20, Get $10 - Unites States of America Account Activation Promotion (the “Promotion”), whereby Skrill USA will deposit ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) as a welcome bonus into your Account on or before January 07, 2026 (the “Bonus”), that you may spend with any eligible Skrill USA merchant or using a Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card (for which you may apply within your new Account). 1.2. In order to participate in the Promotion, in addition to accepting these Promotion Terms & Conditions, a Participant must have accepted the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, these Promotion Terms & Conditions shall be read together and interpreted in conjunction with such Skrill USA Account Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with respect to this Promotion only, these Promotion Terms & Conditions shall prevail (only to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency).

2. The Promotion – How it Works
2.1. A current resident of Unites States of America who registers a new Skrill USA Account, and whose Account registration is accepted by Skrill USA, may participate in this Promotion by being among the first six thousand (6,000) Participants to deposit twenty U.S. dollars ($20 USD) into their newly opened Skrill USA Account, during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is available to residents of the state of the Unites States of America ONLY.
2.2 Participant who successfully carries out the activities in section 2.1 above during the Promotion Period, and the Participant otherwise meets all of the Eligibility Criteria, and subject to any restrictions, Skrill USA will deposit ten U.S. dollars ($10 USD) on or before January 07, 2026 directly into the newly opened Account, which Participant may spend with any merchant who offers Skrill USA as a payment method or using a Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card (for which user may apply within their new Skrill USA digital wallet Account). The Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank, member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa USA Inc.
2.3. To the extent this Promotion refers to “Crown Coins Casino” and any separate offer or promotion, such separate promotion is offered by Sunflower Technology Inc., doing business as (“dba”) Crown Coins Casino, and such offer is separate from this Promotion, is controlled in its entirety by Sunflower Technology Inc., dba Crown Coins Casino, and is governed by a separate set of terms and conditions, and restrictions which are referenced in such offer.
3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1. In order to participate in the Promotion and receive a Bonus, Participant must meet all of the criteria defined and set forth below and elsewhere in these Promotion Terms & Conditions. A Participant must:
3.1.1. be 21 years of age or older.
3.1.2. be a resident of the Unites States of America. This Promotion is available to residents of the state of the Unites States of America ONLY.
3.1.3. register a new Account with Skrill USA and accept the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use.
3.1.4.be among the first six thousand (6,000) new Account holders to deposit twenty U.S. dollars ($20 USD) or more into to your new Account.
3.1.5. ensure that your Account is in good standing, and does not have a negative balance or is not locked.
3.1.6. not deactivate an existing Skrill USA Account registered to you, and register again in order to participate in this Promotion.
3.1.7. not use your Account for commercial purposes.
3.1.8. not be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Skrill USA, Inc. or any other Paysafe group company. For avoidance of doubt, an “employee” includes contractors and secondees and an “immediate family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: a) spouse, and parents thereof; b) sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; c) parents, and spouses thereof; d) brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; e) grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; f) domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in a) through h) of this definition; g) any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship; or h) a person living in the same household of an employee.
3.1.9. not be a service provider or a direct family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies.
3.2. The above listed requirements are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. For the purpose of this Promotion, a Participant is a newly registered Skrill USA digital wallet Account holder who is an end-user meeting all of the Eligibility Criteria. Skrill USA reserves the right to require a Participant to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and Skrill USA may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time period as stipulated by Skrill USA or if Skrill USA in its discretion, is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.
3.3. The use of script, macro, or any automated system to participate in the Promotion using any such system shall be treated as void. Any attempt to participate or participation, or any attempt to obtain or redeem the Bonus through fraudulent means of any nature shall void Participant’s participation in the Promotion and void any Bonus earned, and shall result in termination of Participant’s Skrill USA Account. Skrill USA in its reasonable and sole discretion shall have the right to void a Participant’s Bonus and/or participation in the Promotion under such circumstances.
3.4. Use of your Skrill USA Account in connection with this Promotion is subject to these Promotion Terms & Conditions, and the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use.
3.5. Additional information may be required from a Participant by Skrill USA to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
4. Data Privacy
4.1. The processing of Participants’ data is governed by the: Paysafe Comprehensive Privacy Notice.
5. Legal Recourse & Limitation on Liability
5.1. A Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions by participating in this Promotion during the Promotion Period. Skrill USA reserves the right to refuse participation or refuse to issue a Bonus to anyone in breach of these Promotion Terms & Conditions.
5.2. Skrill USA reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time at our sole discretion by sending written notice to the primary email address registered to your Skrill USA Account and by amending these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Skrill USA reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms & Conditions or in the event of a computer virus or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Skrill USA that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion..
5.3. Skrill USA reserves the right to remove a Participant from this Promotion where Skrill USA has reason to believe that a Participant breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms & Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures, or any legal restriction or prohibition on this Promotion.
5.4. This Promotion applies only to residents of the Unites States of America and does not apply if this Promotion is deemed illegal, void, and/or prohibited by a competent authority with jurisdiction.
5.5. All decisions by Skrill USA related to this Promotion are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be forthcoming from Skrill USA after such decision.
5.6. Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating this Promotion, Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property to the extent such limitations are legal, which may be sustained in connection with: (i) the Participant’s participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of a Bonus; or iii) while preparing for, or participating in, any Promotion-related activity, including any damages caused by Skrill USA’s own negligence.
5.7.Limitation of Liability:
5.7.1. Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for participation not successfully completed or a Bonus not successfully provided, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Skrill USA is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network connection, or network hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion participation process; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing or participation in this Promotion, or in relation to spending any Bonus obtained by means of the Promotion; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or related to the Bonus.
5.7.2. Skrill USA is not responsible, nor shall it be liable for: (i) any actions or failure to act or perform; or (ii) any alleged discrepancy, or complaint related in any way to this Promotion.
5.7.3. Skrill USA shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms & Conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, pandemic, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, or transportation delays or cancellations.
5.7.5. Insofar as is permitted by law, Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participant or prospective Participant, or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for or in connection with a Participant’s participation (or attempted participation) in the Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected. However, nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes or limits in any way any liability for death or personal injury caused by Skrill’s negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be excluded or limited.
5.7.6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SKRILL USA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT, PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION OR REDEMPTION OF A BONUS EARNED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SKRILL USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. General Provisions
6.1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, or a Participant’s or Skrill USA’s rights and obligations, in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts or choice of law principles. The federal and state courts in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or legal action with respect to the Promotion.
6.2. Translation: Ifthere is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
