YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TO HAVE AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AMONG OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS.

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are to be read together and interpreted subject to the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use to which a Participant must agree, in order to successfully register a new Skrill USA Digital Wallet Account. This Sign-Up Promotion is not open to individuals who already have a Skrill USA Digital Wallet Account.

1. The 10K Knect Points Sign-Up Promotion (the “Promotion”)

Limited Time Offer: From February 2, 2026, 12:01 AM EST to April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), and per these Promotion Terms & Conditions, Skrill USA Inc. (“Skrill USA”) is offering a promotion to individuals residing in the United States who successfully register for the first time for a Skrill USA Digital Wallet Account (“Skrill USA Account”) during the Promotion Period, and fulfil all requirements set forth in these Promotion Terms & Conditions. You may earn ten thousand (10,000) Knect Loyalty Program Points in your new Skrill USA Account (equivalent to ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) in redemption value), by completing the two required Qualifying Actions within thirty (30) days of registering for your new Skrill USA Account during the Promotion Period:

Qualifying Action 1: Make a minimum deposit of $10.00 USD into your new Skrill USA Account.
Qualifying Action 2: Complete at least one Eligible Transaction of $10.00 USD or more from your Skrill USA Account using your Skrill Digital Wallet to transfer funds to an Eligible Merchant.

Once you fulfil the Promotion requirements, and complete both Qualifying Actions in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions, Skrill USA will deposit a ten thousand (10,000) Knect Loyalty Program points reward (the “Reward”) into your new Skrill USA Account. You may then redeem your Reward for ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) to spend from your Skrill USA Account!

2. The Promotion – How it Works

2.1 Limited Offer: For the purpose of the Promotion, an “Eligible Participant” is an end-user (individual person) who meets all of the requirements and restrictions contained in these Promotion Terms & Conditions and does so during the Promotion Period.

2.2 You must successfully register for a Skrill USA Digital Wallet Account with Skrill USA in accordance with, and by agreeing to the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use. You must NOT be a current Skrill USA Account holder, nor cancel your current Skrill USA Account in order to register for a new Skrill USA Account.

2.3 You must successfully register for the Knect Loyalty Program connected to the Skrill USA Digital Wallet, which you may access through your new Skrill USA Account. Registering for the Knect Loyalty Program also will allow you to earn Knect points for future Skrill USA Account transactions.

2.4 Once you successfully register a new Skrill USA Account, and register for the Knect Loyalty Program, you must complete the two required Qualifying Actions within thirty (30) days of registering for your new Skrill USA Account, and do so during the Promotion Period. The two Qualifying Actions are the following:

Qualifying Action 1: Make a minimum deposit of ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) into your new Skrill USA Account.
Qualifying Action 2: Complete at least one Eligible Transaction of ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) or more from your Skrill USA Account using your Skrill Digital Wallet to transfer funds to an Eligible Merchant.

2.5 An “Eligible Transaction” for the purpose of Qualifying Action 2 consists of a successful “send money to merchant” transaction in the amount of ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) or more from your Skrill USA Account using your Skrill Digital Wallet to transfer funds to a merchant accepting Skrill USA payments (an “Eligible Merchant”), within thirty (30) days of registering your new Skrill USA Account and during the Promotion Period. Generally, all U.S. merchants that accept Skrill USA payments are eligible, although we may need to exclude a merchant if the merchant expressly asks us to do so.

2.6 For the purpose of satisfying Qualifying Action 2, only transactions made directly from your Skrill USA Account using your Skrill Digital Wallet to transfer funds to an Eligible Merchant will qualify and entitle you to the Reward. A transaction made to a merchant by using a Skrill Visa® Prepaid virtual or physical Card does not qualify as an Eligible Transaction for Qualifying Action 2 under the Promotion.

2.7 30-Day Window: You must complete BOTH of the Qualifying Actions during the Promotion Period and within thirty (30) days of registering for your Skrill USA Account, in order to obtain the Reward. If both Qualifying Actions are not completed with the Promotion Period, and within the 30-day window after you successfully register for your new Skrill USA Account, the Knect Points Reward will no longer be available to you, even if the Promotion Period has not ended.

2.8 Once you fulfil the Promotion requirements, and complete both Qualifying Actions in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions, Skrill USA will deposit the ten thousand (10,000) Knect Loyalty Program points Reward into your new Skrill USA Account. You may then redeem your Reward for ten U.S. dollars ($10.00 USD) to spend from your Skrill USA Account by using your Skrill USA Digital Wallet or by using a Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card. You may apply for a Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card through the link provided in your Skrill USA Account. The Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by Community Federal Savings Bank pursuant to a license from Visa USA, Inc.

3. General Eligibility Criteria & Terms

3.1 Ensure that your Skrill USA Account is in good standing, and does not have a negative balance or is not locked.

3.2 Not use your Skrill USA Account for commercial purposes.

3.3 Be 18 years of age or older, or the minimum age required to lawfully carry out any transaction required or conducted as part of qualifying for the Promotion.

3.4 Not be an employee or an immediate family member or live in the same household as any employee, officer or director of Skrill USA or of a Paysafe group company or of any merchant with which a transaction in conjunction with this Promotion is made. For avoidance of doubt, an “employee” includes independent contractors and secondees and an “immediate family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: (1) spouse, and parents thereof; (2) sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; (3) parents, and spouses thereof; (4) brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; (5) grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; (6) domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in (1) through (7) of this definition; and (7) any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship.

3.5 The use of script, macro, or any automated system to enter or seek to qualify for the Promotion is prohibited, and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system shall be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entries shall be rejected as void. Skrill USA in its reasonable and sole discretion shall have the right to void a Participant’s entry in the Promotion under such circumstances.

3.6 Any transaction that is illegal in the jurisdiction where the transaction is made, or which in any manner violates any legal restriction or applicable law is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Promotion, and restriction and termination of the respective Skrill USA Account, and may result in legal or criminal action against the Skrill USA Account holder.

3.7 Skrill USA reserves the right to require a Participant to provide evidence demonstrating that s/he meets any or all of the General Eligibility Criteria & Terms and may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time stipulated by Skrill USA or if Skrill USA (acting reasonably) is not satisfied that a Participant meets all of the Promotion Terms & Conditions.

4. Privacy and Intellectual Property

4.1 The processing of Participants’ data is governed by the Skrill USA Privacy Policy. Additional information may be required by Skrill USA to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions. In consideration of the Promotion Reward, each individual participant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), limited biographical information and statements concerning the Promotion, in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Skrill USA and its respective affiliated companies, and which may be published on different Skrill USA or affiliated Paysafe Group channels including but not limited to emails, social media and online broadcast.

5. Legal Recourse & Limitation of Liability

5.1 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions by entering this Promotion. Skrill USA reserves the right to refuse to award the Reward(s to anyone in breach of these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Skrill USA reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion or these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email, sent to the primary email address registered with the Skrill Account. Continued participation in the Promotion following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of these changes.

5.3 Skrill USA reserves the right to remove a Participant from this Promotion where Skrill USA has reason to believe that a Participant breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms & Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures, or any legal restriction or prohibition on this Promotion.

5.4 Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for participation not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

5.5 This Promotion does not apply to residents of U.S. states, territories, or jurisdictions where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited.
5.6 All decisions by Skrill USA related to this Promotion are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be forthcoming from Skrill after such decision.

5.7 Limitation of Liability:

5.7.1 Skrill USA is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Participant, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections of internet service or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of this Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of the Reward; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Reward.

5.7.2 Skrill USA shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms & Conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, pandemic, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, or transportation delays or cancellations.

5.7.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SKRILL USA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION OR ATTEMPTED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR REDEMPTION OR USE OF THE REWARD, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SKRILL USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, or a Participant’s or Skrill USA’s rights and obligations, in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts or choice of law principles, and whether or not Participant is a resident of Delaware.

7. Translation: If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

8. Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skrill USA and its respective affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents of the foregoing, merchants and third party service providers, including advertising or promotional service providers, from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described), which may be sustained or alleged to be sustained in connection with: (i) the Participant’s participation in the Promotion; or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Reward, including any damages caused by Skrill USA’s own negligence. Skrill USA expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or use or misuse of the Reward funds, or any purchase made or attempted to be made in relation to this Promotion.
