READ THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. YOU MUST CHECK THE BOX IN THE ACCOUNT PORTAL OR APP WHERE INDICATED, TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE “SPIN THE WHEEL”  TERMS & CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS  OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Introduction

1.1. Limited Time Offer: From February 9, 2026, 12:01 AM EST to April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST (the “Promotion Period”), and  per these Terms & Conditions. If you are a registered Skrill USA, Inc. (“Skrill USA”) digital wallet account (“Skrill USA Account”) holder, and such Skrill USA Account is previously or contemporaneously successfully enrolled in the Knect Loyalty Program, and you meet all of the Eligibility Criteria, you may use your Skrill Account to participate (as a “Participant”) in the “Spin the Wheel ” Promotion (the “Promotion”), whereby you will be entitled to an initial offer of two (2) spins of the Knect Points Reward Wheel (a “ Spin”of the “Wheel”), and to receive the corresponding two (2) rewards of Knect Points displayed on the Wheel as the result of your Spin(s) (each a “ Reward”) (the “Initial Offer”). Skrill USA will deposit the Reward(s) of Knect Loyalty Points by in-account credit, into your existing or newly created Knect Loyalty Program Account (your “Knect Account”)connected with your Skrill USA Account. You may continue to participate in the Promotion and earn additional Knect Points Rewards throughout the Promotion Period by making Eligible Transaction(s) with Eligible Merchant(s) in accordance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions to earn additional Spin(s) and the corresponding Knect Points Reward(s), which Skrill USA will deposit by in-account credit into your Knect Account.

In order to participate in the Promotion, in addition to accepting these “Spin the Wheel” Promotion Terms & Conditions, a Participant must have accepted the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use and the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, and except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, these Promotion Terms & Conditions shall be read together and interpreted in conjunction with such Skrill USA Account Terms of Use and the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions cited herein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with respect to this Promotion only, these Promotion Terms & Conditions shall prevail (only to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency).

2. The Spin the Wheel Promotion – How it Works

2.1. A current Skrill USA Account holder may access the Game Promotion via an email to their registered Skrill USA Account email, a push or in-account notification or offer, or otherwise as an offer connected to their Kinect Loyalty Account, and must be previously or contemporaneously enrolled in the Knect Loyalty Program. The Participant must acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Promotion Terms & Conditions by checking the respective box as designated in the Promotion documentation. If the Participant was not previously registered with the Knect Loyalty Program, the Participant must acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions by checking the respective box as designated in the Promotion documentation.

2.2. A Participant may then participate in the Initial Offer which on a one-time basis, will present the Participant with two (2) initial Spins of the Wheel, with no requirement to make any transaction. Each Spin of the Wheel randomly results in the selection of a Knect Loyalty Points Reward amount as demonstrated by the arrow on the Spin the Wheel device. The Knect Points Reward amounts on the Wheel are as follows: 300, 150, 150, 100, 100, 100, 50, 50, 50, 20, 20, 20. With each Spin, each Reward amount designated on the Wheel has an equal chance to occur, or 8.33% chance of occurring on each Spin, 
pursuant to the randomized programming of the Wheel. The Reward amount resulting from each respective Spin is shown to the Participant on the Wheel as soon as the Wheel stops “spinning” . Skrill USA reserves the right to temporarily delay providing Participant the result of the Spin the Wheel in the event of an unforeseen technical issue or other circumstances Skrill USA, Inc. Skrill USA shall credit the respective Reward amount to the Participant’s Knect Account connected to their Skrill USA Account.

2.3. After completing the two (2) Spins of the Initial Offer, a Participant shall be able to earn one (1) Spin of the Wheel each time the Participant uses their Skrill USA Account to successfully deposit an amount equal to or greater than fourteen United States dollars and ninety-nine cents ($14.99 USD) with a merchant listed as eligible for purposes of the Promotion(an “Eligible Merchant”), during the Promotion Period, and the Participant otherwise meets all of the Eligibility Criteria, and subject to any restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions (an “Eligible Transaction”). The List of Eligible Merchants may be accessed from the web or mobile version of the Spin the Wheel Promotion. Only deposits directly from your Skrill USA digital wallet to an Eligible Merchant entitle you to earn a Spin. Transactions using a Skrill USA virtual or physical prepaid card do not qualify to earn a Spin.

2.4. A Participant may earn and may use up to a total and maximum number of thirty (30) Spins per month. Earned but unused Spins during a respective month, except within the final month of the Promotion Period, will automatically “roll over” to thenext month and will count as part of the total and maximum of thirty (30) Spins for that following month. Even if a Participant rolls over a certain number of Spins from prior month(s), the number of total Spins for any given month cannot exceed thirty (30) total Spins. Any unused Spins remaining at the close of the Promotion Period, will be forfeited and Participant will not be able to use them, nor receive any type of credit or compensation for such unused Spins.

2.5. A Participant who successfully completes an Eligible Transaction and participates in the Spin the Wheel Promotion during the Promotion Period, and otherwise meets all of the Eligibility Criteria, and subject to any restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, will receive a Knect Points Reward in the amount displayed on the Wheel after each Spin. Such Reward of Knect Points shall be deposited by Skrill USA by means of an in-account credit into the Participant’s existing or newly created Knect Account connected to the Participant’s Skrill USA Account. Redeeming or conversion of Knect Loyalty Points for deposit into a Participant’s Skrill USA Account is governed by the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

2.6. Skrill USA shall deposit the respective Points Reward directly into the Participant’s Knect Account connected to the Participant’s Skrill USA Account as an in-account credit to each Participant who successfully completes a requisite Eligible Transaction, meets all of the Eligibility Criteria and any restrictions set forth in these Terms & Conditions, and earns a Reward amount through Participation in this Spin the Wheel Promotion. Skrill USA will deposit the Reward in the respective Participant’s Knect Account, without further notice or request to such respective Participant. The in-account credit of Knect Points usually will occur within twenty-four (24) hours or less after a Reward is registered as a result of a Spin, with approximately ninety percent (90%) of Rewards processed in less than ten (10) minutes. Skrill USA reserves the right to extend the term for deposit of the Reward, in the event of technical issues or other circumstances beyond Skrill USA's reasonable control. Skrill USA reserves the right to delay or withhold the Reward in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms & Conditions of this Promotion, in Skrill USA’s sole discretion.

2.7. Google Play and Apple App Store are not sponsors or in any way connected or involved in any activity related to this Game Promotion by Skrill USA.

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1. In order to participate in the Promotion and receive a Reward, Participant must meet all of the criteria defined and set forth below an in these Terms & Conditions. A Participant must:

3.1.1. be 21 years of age or older.

3.1.2. have a registered account with Skrill USA and have accepted the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use (“Skrill USA Account”).

3.1.3. not have your Account registered or used in any country or location outside of the United States.

3.1.4. have received the Game Promotion directly from Skrill USA to your email address registered with Skrill USA and associated with your Skrill USA Account and/or the Game Promotion appears as a push or in-account notification or offer connected to your Skrill USA Account or otherwise as an offer connected to your Knect Loyalty Account, and inviting you to participate in the Spin the Wheel Promotion (“Invitation”). You are not eligible to participate if you Skrill USA, Inc. (NMLS:935195) is an entity registered with FinCENand licensed as a money transmitter in various U.S. states and territories. Promotion Terms & Conditions_02.2026. 3 receive an Invitation transmitted to you by another person or another Skrill USA Account holder, even if that Account holder who received the Invitation does not intend to participate.

3.1.5. ensure that your Skrill USA Account is in good standing, and does not have a negative balance or is not locked.

3.1.6. already have, or contemporaneously create a Knect Loyalty Program Account connected to your Skrill Wallet Account and have accepted the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

3.1.7. if you participate in this Promotion and then you unsubscribe from the Knect Loyalty Program, in order to once again participate in this Promotion, you must re-join the Knect Loyalty Program and again accept both these Promotion Terms & Conditions, and the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

3.1.8. in order to earn any additional Spin(s) and corresponding additional Reward(s) after using your Initial Offer two (2) Spins, you must successfully complete an Eligible Transaction(s) using your Skrill USA Account during the Promotion Period.

3.1.9. not use your Skrill USA Account for commercial purposes.

3.1.10. not be an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Skrill USA, Inc. or any other Paysafe group company. For avoidance of doubt, an “employee” includes contractors and secondees and an “immediate family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: a ) spouse, and parents thereof; b) sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; c) parents, and spouses thereof; d) brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; e) grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; f) domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in a) through h) of this definition; g) any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship; or h) a person living in the same household of an employee.

3.1.11. not be a service provider or a direct family member of a service provider to any of the Paysafe group companies.

3.2. The above listed requirements are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”. For the purpose of this Promotion, a Participant is a Skrill USA Account holder who is an end-user meeting all of the Eligibility Criteria. Skrill USA reserves the right to require a Participant to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria and Skrill USA may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time period as stipulated by Skrill USA or if Skrill USA in its discretion, is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met.

3.3. The use of script, macro, or any automated system to participate in the Promotion or to obtain Spin(s) or redeem a Reward is prohibited, and participation made (or which appears to have been made) using any such system shall be treated as void. Any attempt to participate or participation, or any attempt to obtain or redeem a Reward through fraudulent means of any nature shall void Participant’s participation in the Promotion and void any Reward obtained, and shall result in termination of Participant’s Skrill Account . Skrill USA in its reasonable and sole discretion shall have the right to void a Participant’s Reward and/or participation in the Promotion under such circumstances.

3.4. Use of your Skrill USA Account in connection with this Promotion is subject to these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use and the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

3.5. Additional information may be required from a Participant by Skrill USA to verify compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

4. Data Privacy

4.1. The processing of Participants’ data is governed by the: Skrill USA, Inc. Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

5. Legal Recourse & Limitation on Liability

5.1. A Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions by participating in this Promotion during the Promotion Period. Skrill USA reserves the right to refuse participation or refuse to issue a Reward to anyone in breach of these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Skrill USA, Inc. 5.2. Skrill USA reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time at our sole discretion by sending written notice to the primary email address registered to your Skrill USA Account and by amending these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Skrill USA reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms & Conditions or in the event of a computer virus or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Skrill USA that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.

5.3. Skrill USA reserves the right to remove a Participant from this Promotion where Skrill USA has reason to believe that a Participant breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms & Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures, or any legal restriction or prohibition on this Promotion.

5.4. This Promotion does not apply to residents of U.S. states, territories, or jurisdictions where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited.

5.5. All decisions by Skrill USA related to this Promotion are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be forthcoming from Skrill USA after such decision.

5.6. Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating this Promotion, Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) the Participant’s participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of a Reward; or iii) while preparing for, or participating in, any Promotion-related activity, including any damages caused by Skrill USA’s own negligence.

5.7. Limitation of Liability:

5.7.1. Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for participation not successfully completed or a Reward not successfully provided, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Skrill USA is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network connection, or network hardware or 
software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion participation process; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing or participation in the Knect Loyalty Program, or in relation to redeeming any Kinect Points obtained by means of the Promotion; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or related to the Reward.

5.7.2. Skrill USA is not responsible, nor shall it be liable for: (i) any actions or failure to act or perform; or (ii) any alleged discrepancy, or complaint related in any way to this Promotion or the Knect Loyalty Program.

5.7.3. Skrill USA shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms & Conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, pandemic, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, or transportation delays or cancellations.

5.7.4. Insofar as is permitted by law, Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participant or prospective Participant, or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for or in connection with a Participant’s participation (or attempted participation) in the 
Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected. However, nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes or limits in any way any liability for death or personal injury caused by Skrill’s negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be excluded or limited. 5.7.5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SKRILL USA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT, PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO PARTICIPATION OR REDEMPTION OF A KNECT POINTS 
REWARD EARNED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SKRILL USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. General Provisions

6.1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, or a Participant’s or Skrill USA’s rights and obligations, in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts or choice of law principles, and whether or not Participant is a resident of Delaware.The federal and state courts in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or legal action with respect to the Promotion.

6.2. Translation: Ifthere is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English version of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
