Reporting Errors or Unauthorized Transfers or Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card Transactions
Tell us AT ONCE if you believe that an electronic fund transfer from your Skrill Digital Wallet has been made without your permission or if you believe your Skrill Visa® Prepaid card has been lost or stolen. To contact us please call 855-719-2087 or click ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of this article, enter your names and registered email address, select category ‘Security’ and case issue ‘I want to dispute a transaction’, enter the transaction ID and select the reason for the dispute. To contact us by mail, send a letter to Skrill USA, Inc., at 5335 Gate Parkway, 4th Floor, Jacksonville, Florida 32256. Contacting us is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account. If you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the unauthorized transaction or the loss or theft of your card, you can lose no more than $50 if someone conducted a transfer or used your card without your permission.
If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the unauthorized transaction on your Skrill Visa® Prepaid card or the loss or theft of your Skrill Visa® Prepaid card, and we can prove we could have stopped someone from conducting a transaction without your permission if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.
Also, if your Skrill digital wallet transaction history shows transfers that you did not authorize, including those made by card, or other means, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after you discover the unauthorized activity, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have stopped someone from taking the money if you had told us in time. If a good reason (such as a long trip or a hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. Please see Skrill USA, Inc. Terms and Conditions for more details.
