What is 'Spin the Wheel' and how to I take part?
Spin the Wheel is a promotional campaign for our customers residing in the United States. To enroll you need to be 21 of age or older, hold a verified account, and be enrolled in our Knect program.
How do I opt-in and spin?
Opting-in is easy in just a few simple steps:
- Click the 'Spin the Wheel' banner or go to Knect -> Spin the Wheel
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Spin the Wheel and earn Knect points. You will see the number of remaining attempts on-screen.
The wheel gets inactive after you exhaust all available spins. Click the question mark to check how to earn new spins by completing a transaction.
How do I track and redeem points?
The points earned after spinning the wheel get added to you balance automatically in real time.
The 'Track & Redeem' tab shows statistics of the spins and the earned points. 'Your tracker' serves as visual indicator of earned spins. It helps you monitor how many spins you’ve earned and used in the current month.
In the 'Redeem points' section you can check the prize you earned with your last spin along with how many points you need to earn to reach the nearest redeem amount. The last spin result is clickable and redirects to the Knect 'Redeem points' tab.
You can track your prizes on the Knect Points History tab. The transactions are tagged as 'Game'. Click on the transaction to find the unique Knect points transaction ID.
From the Knect 'Redeem points' tab you can also exchange your Knect points for cash.
Is there a cap on the spins I could earn?
You can earn a maximum of 30 spins a month. When the maximum number of spins is reached, the display will show: “You’ve earned 30/30”.

- Slide the toggle next to In-account offers
I received the error message “Something went wrong. Try again later” when spinning. What should I do?
