What is Knect?
Knect is Skrill’s loyalty program that rewards you for making eligible transactions with your Skrill account. There are no subscription or enrolment fees. Your Skrill Level may affect how many points you earn and the rewards available to you.
How do I join Knect?
To join Knect:
Log in to your Skrill account.
Select the Rewards tab.
Review and accept the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
Once enrolled, you'll be able to collect and redeem Knect loyalty points.
What are Skrill Levels and how do they affect Knect?
Skrill offers four Levels:
Basic
Silver
Gold
Diamond
Your Skrill Level determines:
How many loyalty points you earn for eligible transactions.
The maximum number of loyalty points you can earn.
The number of loyalty points required to redeem certain rewards.
If you are not enrolled in the Skrill Levels Program, the Basic earning rates and limits apply.
How do I earn Knect loyalty points?
You can earn loyalty points on eligible transactions, including:
Transfers to participating merchants.
Transfers from participating merchants.
Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card purchases made online or in-store.
ATM withdrawals do not earn points.
Certain merchants and transaction types are excluded from the program. The current list of excluded merchants is available in the Knect section of your Skrill account.
The number of points earned depends on both the transaction type and your Skrill Level.

If you are not enrolled in Skrill Levels, the Basic earning rate applies.
The maximum number of points you can earn depends on your Skrill Level.

If you are not enrolled in Skrill Levels, the Basic limits apply. Any rounding is done down to the nearest whole point. For example, a transaction of $0.99 earns 0 points.
What are Knect Missions?
From time to time, Skrill may offer promotional campaigns known as Knect Missions or similar promotions.
These campaigns provide additional opportunities to earn loyalty points. Bonus points earned through these promotions are separate from the standard earning limits described above.
When will my points be available?
Points are typically awarded once the transaction has been settled. In most cases this happens within a few hours, although it may take up to a couple of days before points appear in your account.
You can view your earned and redeemed loyalty points in the Points History section within the Knect area of your Skrill account.
The number of loyalty points required for specific rewards may vary depending on your Skrill Level and the reward selected. Available rewards and redemption requirements are displayed in the Knect rewards section of your account.
How long do I have to redeem my points?
Points earned during a calendar year must be redeemed by the end of the following calendar year.
For example:
Points earned at any time during 2026 must be redeemed by 31 December 2027.
Points earned during 2027 must be redeemed by 31 December 2028.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
How can I opt out of Knect?
You can cancel your participation in Knect at any time through your account settings.
Go to:
Settings > Account Settings > Loyalty Program > Deactivate
Once you leave the program, you will no longer be able to earn loyalty points.
