I’m not receiving emails from Skrill. What should I do?
If you aren't receiving emails sent from Skrill, follow these tips:
- Check if you’re logged in to the email address registered in your Skrill account on the device that you’re using.
- Check if your email inbox is full. If it is, you won’t be able to receive new emails. To free up some space, delete or archive some of the old messages.
- Use popular email service providers, such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
- Confirm that your email client or service provider is working properly. Check the email server settings for any security conflicts caused by your firewall or antivirus software.
Make sure to also check the Spam folder of your email. If you find out that Skrill emails are entering your spam folder, you can mark them as ‘safe’ by whitelisting our email addresses:
