- Make sure your card details are correct
- Enter the correct 3DS verified by Visa or Mastercard code provided by your bank
- Have sufficient funds on your card
- Contact your bank to authorize the payment if they decline your transaction
- Verify your card to increase your deposit limits (available on web only).
PaysafeCard/ Paysafecash deposits
- You are trying to complete the Paysafecash deposit more than 72h after initiating it
- Your Paysafecash/ mypaysafecard account is locked for payments
- You’ve reached the deposit limits of your Paysafecash/ mypaysafecard account
- You are trying to use more than one Paysafecash/ PaysafeCard account with Skrill
