What to do if you can’t make a deposit?

  • Make sure your card details are correct
  • Enter the correct 3DS verified by Visa or Mastercard code provided by your bank
  • Have sufficient funds on your card
  • Contact your bank to authorize the payment if they decline your transaction
  • Verify your card to increase your deposit limits. This feature is currently not available on the mobile app. Instead, log in to your account from a web browser.

paysafecard/ Paysafecash deposits

  • You are trying to complete the Paysafecash deposit more than 72h after initiating it
  • Your Paysafecash/ mypaysafecard account is locked for payments
  • You’ve reached the deposit limits of your Paysafecash/ mypaysafecard account
  • You are trying to use more than one Paysafecash/ paysafecard account with Skrill
