How can I withdraw funds from my Skrill account?

To initiate a withdrawal to your bank account, follow the steps below:
    1. From the Withdraw menu select Withdraw Now under Bank Account.
    2. Add a Bank Account if you haven’t done so already, by providing your banking details. You will need to select the account type: savings or checking, enter the Routing number and account number. 



    3. Enter the desired amount and click Next. Minimum and maximum limits will be displayed onscreen.
    4. A page with your withdrawal information will appear. To finalize your withdrawal, click Confirm.


How long does it take to receive my funds in my bank account?
The funds may take from 2 to 5 business days to arrive in your bank account.


What are the fees and limits?

The withdrawal limits appear on your screen after you select the withdrawal option. The displayed limit is in accordance with your available balance.
You can increase your withdrawal limit by verifying your account.

Can I cancel my bank withdrawal?


No, you cannot cancel a bank withdrawal once you have initiated it as they are processed instantly. In some cases, we could cancel it on your behalf but only if it is still pending. Once its status changes to ‘processed’, the funds cannot be recalled.

How do I get a return from my bank account?
If you have initiated a withdrawal to a closed bank account or the details of the account are incorrect, the funds will be returned to your Skrill wallet. Please contact your bank to ask about their timeframes for such returns. Skrill has no control over the returns, they depend solely on your bank’s policy.


I want to remove my bank account. What to do?
If you have registered incorrect banking details, or the registered bank account is no longer in use, you can remove it from your Skrill account. Just click on the Delete button under the bank’s name in the Withdraw section. 


My withdrawal is missing. What should I do?
Withdrawals usually take 5 business days to process. If the timeframe has passed but you still haven’t received your withdrawal, please contact us via one of the channels below.
