I have not received my deposit yet. What should I do?
On a very rare occasion, it may happen so that you make a deposit, but the money does not reflect into your Skrill account. If such is the case, check the processing time frame for the respective deposit option, as some payment methods take a bit longer than others. You can do so in the Deposit section of your account or on our FAQ page.
If the processing time frame has passed, contact us to assist you further and track the payment by completing the below form.
To help us locate your transaction, we may ask you to submit proof of payment, e.g. a screenshot of your online banking/ bank statement, showing the transaction in question.
Have in mind that if the processing time frame hasn’t passed, we will not be able to assist you.
