What should I do if there is an unauthorized transaction with my Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card?

What should I do?

То avoid further unauthorized transaction attempts, we recommend locking your Skrill Card by following these steps:

  1. Log into your Skrill account
  2. Go to the Skrill Card section
  3. Navigate to the affected Physical or Virtual Skrill Card
  4. Press Lock card

You can also contact the merchant directly and request assistance with refund or cancellation of any unwanted subscriptions.

The merchant does not cooperate, what do I do?

In case the merchant associated with the unauthorized transaction does not assist with refunding or cancelling the payment, please fill in our Disputed Transactions Form.  

Once you submit the form, our team will aim to contact you within 10 business days. Depending on the specific circumstances, it can take up to 90 business days to conclude the investigation of your dispute.

How can I initiate a refund for a transaction I made?

If the purchase in question was initiated by you, please contact the relevant merchant for assistance in refunding the amount or cancelling the purchase.
