Also, we would suggest that you get in touch with us in case you require further information on a card transaction in your account, which is not entirely clear.

How can I make a charge back?

If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. Please ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.

If a merchant refuses to issue a refund, please contact Skrill support.
