If you have forgotten the PIN for your Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Skrill Card section in your account.
2. Press on the Reset PIN button.
3. Enter your 6- digit Skrill account PIN or the code generated by the Google Authenticator app (if you have activated the two-factor authentication) and press Continue. If you have forgotten your Skrill account PIN, you can have it reset via the Reset PIN option in the Settings section (available only on a web browser) of your account.
4. Type a new 4-digit card PIN for your Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card and press Set PIN.

Note: For security purposes, do not write down your PIN or store it electronically and do not disclose it to anyone.
