How do I become a Skrill VIP?
Become a VIP member simply by using your Skrill USA account. Transfer the minimum amount of $15,000 to Skrill USA merchants within a calendar quarterly period to guarantee your VIP Status for the following quarter.
Quarterly periods:
Q1: January – March
Q2: April – June
Q3: July – September
Q4: October – December

How do I know if I am a Skrill VIP?
You can tell if you're a Skrill VIP by looking for the VIP badge on your account dashboard. All new Skrill VIPs are sent an email confirmation of their updated status. To make sure you're set up to receive emails from us, go to Settings > Marketing preferences in your Skrill account.
Your VIP status would be upgraded within 5 business days. Terms and conditions apply.
Can I lose my Skrill VIP status?
To become a Skrill VIP you must have a valid Skrill account and transfer at least $15,000 to Skrill USA merchants within a calendar quarterly period. Your account will revert to a normal Skrill wallet if you don’t reach the $15,000 minimum. You’ll reclaim VIP status and all the extra benefits it brings within 5 business days after your transaction level again reaches $15,000.
How quickly will Skrill VIP support answer my inquiry?
VIP customer inquiries are our top priority, and we strive to deal with them as soon as possible.
We aim to answer all written inquiries from Skrill VIPs within hours of receiving them. On very rare occasions an issue may require more time to resolve, in which case we’ll keep you fully updated on progress.
