” Matchday Moments” Promotion Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE JOINING THE PROMOTION. BY TAKING PART, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH INCLUDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS.

1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW AND DURATION

1.1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided by:

• Paysafe Payment Solutions Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of Ireland under company number 626665 with registered office at 15 George’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VR98, Ireland, authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) for the issuing of electronic money, for participants located within the European Economic Area (“EEA”)

and

• Skrill Limited, a company duly registered under the laws of England and Wales under company number 04260907, with its registered office at 1st Floor, 2 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7AD, United Kingdom, authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 for the issuing of electronic money,
  for participants located outside the EEA.

(collectively referred to as “Skrill”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

1.2. The Promotion is for a limited time only and runs from 3 June 2026 00:00 GMT until 19 July 2026 23:59 GMT (“Promotion Period”). We reserve the right to extend, shorten, or otherwise amend the Promotion Period at our sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated via email, sent to your primary email address registered with your Skrill Account and/or in-app notification.

1.3.  During the Promotion Period, eligible customers may participate in a free-to-play game called “Final Score”, available within their Skrill Account via the Skrill app and/or website (the “Game”), powered by a third-party provider, LiveLike (“LiveLike”), which provides the technology platform. No purchase or deposit is required to participate. Eligible Participants may earn points based on their performance in the Game (“Game Points”) and are ranked on a leaderboard according to the number of Game Points earned. Rewards (in the form of Knect loyalty points) are allocated based on the final leaderboard rankings. The Game is a skill-based competition, and any Rewards are awarded solely on the basis of performance.

1.4.  Except as expressly stated in these terms, these Promotion Terms and Conditions govern the Promotion and shall be read together with the Skrill Account Terms of Use and the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme Rules, with defined terms having the same meaning unless stated otherwise or required by context. In case of conflict between the Skrill Account Terms of Use, the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme Rules and these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1. To participate in the Promotion, you must: 

a. be at least 18 years of age (or such higher age as may be required by local law);
b. have successfully completed the identity verification required as per the instructions provided by us and have an active Skrill Account as per the Skrill Account Terms of Use;
c. follow any relevant instructions for accessing and participating in the Game and comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions;
d. not reside or be located in any country or jurisdiction, where we are prohibited from providing services or where this Promotion is prohibited;
e. not use your Skrill Account for commercial purposes;
f. not have your Skrill Account registered and used in any country or jurisdiction where this Promotion might be considered illegal and/or prohibited;
g. not be an employee, contractor, consultant or an immediate family member of an employee of ours, or of any other Paysafe Group company. For avoidance of doubt “immediate family member” shall mean any individual with any of the following relationships to the employee: a/ spouse, and parents thereof; b/ sons and daughters, and spouses thereof; c/ parents, and spouses thereof; d/ brothers and sisters, and spouses thereof; e/ grandparents and grandchildren, and spouses thereof; f/ domestic partner and parents thereof, including domestic partners of any individual in a/ through g/ of this definition; and g/ any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship;
h. not be a service provider, nor an immediate family member of our service provider, or of any other Paysafe Group company;

The above mentioned are collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria”.

If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, you are an eligible participant for this Promotion (an “Eligible Participant”). An Eligible Participant who has won a Reward shall be referred to as “Winning Participant”.

2.2. We reserve the right to request participants to provide documentation or information to verify eligibility and may disqualify any participant who fails to provide such information within a reasonable timeframe stipulated by us.

2.3. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system shall be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries shall be rejected.

2.4. Notwithstanding Clause 2.1(g), employees, contractors, consultants and service providers of Skrill or any Paysafe Group company (including their immediate family members) may access and participate in the Game. However, they shall not be considered Eligible Participants for the purposes of this Promotion, shall not be eligible to receive any Reward, and shall be excluded from any leaderboard rankings used to determine Winning Participants.

3. REWARDS

3.1. During the Promotion Period only, Eligible Participants may receive a reward based on their final leaderboard position, as follows (“Reward”):

3.1.1. All Rewards are provided by Skrill exclusively in Knect loyalty points only, with no cash alternative available. Knect points are loyalty points credited under the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme and are subject to the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme Rules (including any eligibility, expiry, redemption and use restrictions). Skrill shall determine each Winning Participant using the final leaderboard ranking report (based on gameplay performance), made available to Skrill by LiveLike for operational purposes.

3.1.2. In the event that two or more Eligible Participants achieve the same number of Game Points and this affects the number of winners for a given Reward tier, the total Reward pool allocated to that tier (the “Reward Pool”)  shall be divided equally among all such tied Eligible Participants. For the avoidance of doubt, this may result in a number of Winning Participants exceeding the number set out in the table above for that tier and in a lower individual Reward amount than that indicated in the table.

3.2. We shall transfer the applicable Reward to each Winning Participant’s Skrill Account within 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period. We shall make reasonable efforts to transfer the Reward to the Winning Participant’s Skrill Account automatically, without notice or request. We reserve the right to extend this timeframe where required by applicable law, fraud prevention, security checks or operational reasons.

3.3. In case the Winning Participant’sSkrillAccount is closed, terminated or suspended at the time of reward delivery, the Reward will be forfeited.

3.4. Each Reward is final, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for other goods and/or services. To the extent applicable, any taxes or duties arising from the receipt or use of a Reward shall be the sole responsibility of each Winning Participant.

3.5. We reserve the right to disregard any participant from the Promotion where we, in our sole discretion, have reason to believe that such Eligible Participant and/or Winning Participant has breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the Skrill Account Terms of Use, and/or the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme Rules, or attempted to circumvent or impair our security or operational procedures.

 4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

4.1. Eligible Participants may access the Game via the Skrill app or Skrill’s web interface. Within the Game, participants may engage with interactive features and content, as made available in the Game interface.

4.2. Each Reward is based on accuracy and performance criteria. Deadlines apply per event or round, and any missed deadline will result in locked entries for those events, without affecting participation in subsequent rounds.

4.3. Eligible Participants are ranked on a leaderboard according to the total Game Points earned. In case of a tie, Rewards shall be allocated in accordance with Clause 3.1.2.

4.4.  Display names shown on the leaderboard are randomly generated by the LiveLike system. Eligible Participants cannot choose or customize their assigned display names. Skrill reserves the right to moderate or change display names if necessary.

4.5.  Each participant may participate using only one Skrill Account. Any attempts to circumvent participation limits may lead to disqualification.

4.6.  Skrill and/or its service providers may send reasonable in-app, push or email notifications related to gameplay milestones, deadlines or results, subject to user notification preferences and applicable law.

4.7. Skrill is not responsible for technical issues, outages or delays outside its reasonable control and may suspend or terminate participation in its sole discretion, including where required for security, fraud prevention or legal reasons.

5. PRIVACY

5.1. Participants acknowledge that for the purpose of administering the Game and displaying the leaderboard, a randomly generated display name may be shown within the Game and/or in-app/web.

5.2. The processing of participants’ data is governed by the Paysafe Group Privacy Notice which can be found on our website (https://www.paysafe.com/eu-en/paysafegroup/comprehensive-privacy-notice/).

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

6.1. Confidential Information means any information which is marked as “Confidential” or should be reasonably expected to be confidential having regard to the context of disclosure or the nature of the information; including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, business plans, data, strategies, methods, customer and client lists, technical specifications, transaction data and customer data shall be deemed confidential.

6.2. During the Promotion Period and thereafter, we shall use and reproduce the participants’ Confidential Information only for purposes of this Promotion and only to the extent necessary for such purpose and will restrict disclosure of the Confidential Information to our employees, consultants, advisors, independent contractors or third parties with a need to know.

6.3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it shall not be a breach of this Promotion for us to disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under law or in a judicial or governmental investigation or proceeding.

6.4. The confidentiality obligations in this Clause 6 shall not apply to information that (i) is or becomes public knowledge through no action or fault of; (ii) is known to us  without restriction, prior to receipt from the participant in relation to this Promotion, from our own independent sources, and which was not acquired, directly or indirectly, from the participant; (iii) we receive from any third party reasonably known by us to have a legal right to transmit such information, and not under any obligation to keep such information confidential; or (iv) information independently developed by our employees or agents provided that we can show that those same employees or agents had no access to the Confidential Information received hereunder.

7. GENERAL TERMS

7.1. By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

7.2. The Promotion is not available to residents of countries where it might be considered illegal and/or prohibited.

7.3. As far as the law allows, we and our employees, agents, or distributors are not responsible for any loss or damage related to taking part (or trying to take part) in this Promotion. This includes all types of claims, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or any other legal basis, and covers all kinds of liability (direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential). This does not affect your legal rights. We also do not limit or exclude any liability where the law says we cannot - such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.4. All decisions made by us are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into.

7.5. We are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any Reward.

7.6. If you are residing in a country outside the EEA, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, enforceability, or resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and us in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of England or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.7. If you are residing in a country within the EEA, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, enforceability, or resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the participant and us in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Ireland or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Ireland. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

7.8. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at our sole discretion, if we believe the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond our reasonable control that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion.

7.9. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email, sent to the primary email address registered with the Skrill Account and/or in-app notification. Continued participation in the Promotion following any such changes shall constitute acceptance of these changes.

7.10. We accept no responsibility for Game entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

7.11. We shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of our obligations under these Promotion Terms and Conditions, if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, flight or other transportation delays or cancellations.

7.12. If there is any discrepancy between any translated version and the (original) English language version of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

7.13. Should any provision of these Promotion Terms and Conditions be deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.14. These Promotion Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and the participant regarding the Promotion and supersede any prior communications or agreements.
