By entering this Promotion, Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, AMONG OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS.

Promotion for U.S. Residents:  The Skrill USA “Matchday Moments” Game Promotion (the “Promotion”) is offered by Skrill USA, Inc. ("Skrill USA””). Skrill USA (NMLS:935195) is registered with FinCEN and licensed as a money transmitter in various U.S. states and territories. Limited Time Offer - Promotional Period:  From June 3rd, 2026, 12:01AM EST through 11:59PM PST, on July 19th, 2026, (the “Promotional Period”). These Promotion Terms & Conditions are to be read together and interpreted subject to the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use. The Promotion is free for Participants meeting the Eligibility Criteria below, and there are no requirements to engage in any Skrill USA digital wallet Account transactions or Account activity to participate.

1. Eligibility Criteria: In order to participate in the Promotion and have the opportunity to receive a Knect Points Reward, Participant must meet all of the criteria set forth below and in these Terms & Conditions. Participation by a U.S. resident is open to all natural persons who:

1.1. hold a valid Skrill USA digital wallet account (an “Account”) in good standing, that is not restricted or blocked by Skrill USA, and have accepted the Skrill USA Account Terms of Use;
1.2. already have or contemporaneously create a Knect Loyalty Program Account connected to your Skrill USA digital wallet Account and have accepted the Knect Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

1.3. are of legal age according to the laws of your U.S. state of residence;

1.4. do not have your Account registered or used in any country or location outside of the United States;

1.5. are not a resident of any U.S. state, territory, or jurisdiction where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited; 

1.6. do not use your Skrill USA Account for commercial purposes;

1.7. comply with all requirements and restrictions as set forth in these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

1.8. Skrill USA reserves the right to require a Participant to provide evidence demonstrating that they meet any or all of the Eligibility Criteria including compliance with these Promotion Terms & Conditions, and Skrill USA may at its discretion disqualify any Participant if such evidence is not provided within a reasonable time period as stipulated by Skrill USA or if Skrill USA in its discretion, is not satisfied that the Eligibility Criteria are met. 

2. How to Participate: Eligible Skrill USA Account holders (“Participants”) may participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period by accessing the game activities via the official Skrill USA App or through the Participant’s Skrill USA Account. Participants will earn game points (“Game Points”) may earn by participating in the following activities as part of the Promotion:

2.1. Play Predictor:  In the format of a questionnaire, Participants will be invited to make selections in response to five (5) standard questions for each international soccer game (match) that is presented as part of the Play Predictor activity.  A Participant must complete and submit their selection(s) on the questionnaire before kick-off for the respective game.  Ten (10) Game Points will be awarded to the Participant for each correct response submitted by the Participant.  

2.2. Quiz Trivia Time:  There will be five (5) rounds of trivia questionnaires (“Quiz Trivia Time”) as part of the Promotion during the Promotion Period, during each of which Participants will be invited to answer soccer‑related multiple choice trivia questions. Ten (10) Game Points will be awarded for each correct answer submitted by the Participant, during each of the five (5) rounds.

3. Ranking and Leaderboard: Game Points earned by Participants by participating in either one or both activities described in section 2 will be tabulated. A Participant’s Game Points earned by participating in the Play Predictor and Quiz Trivia Time will be combined for the two game activities, and the Participant’s personal total will be displayed to each participant (but not to anyone else) within their personal Promotion Game display. The ranking of Participants with the highest number of Game Points from the Promotion will be displayed without any personal identifying information (using confidential Participant numbers), in the form of a dynamic leaderboard (the “Leaderboard”). Participants will be ranked on the Leaderboard according to the total number of Game Points earned at any point in time during the Promotion Period. There will be one Leaderboard including Skrill USA Account Participants together with other Participants holding digital wallet accounts with Skrill USA’s affiliated Skrill companies within the Paysafe group of companies that are located outside of the United States, which are offering this same Skrill Promotion. This means that for the purpose of the Game Points Leaderboard Rankings, that U.S. residents will be ranked and listed together with Participants from other countries where the corresponding Skrill promotion is offered.

4. Knect Point Rewards: Upon completion of the Promotional Period, the top one thousand (1000) Participants across all countries where this Skrill Promotion is offered, will be awarded Knect Loyalty Program Points rewards (“Rewards”) as set forth below, based on their final Leaderboard positions. Participants who are not among the top one thousand (1000) Participants across all countries where this Skrill Promotion is offered, will not be awarded any Knect Loyalty Program Points Rewards or any Knect Points during or at the conclusion of the Promotion. Game Points earned have no Knect Loyalty Program value, nor other value outside of the Promotion.

4.1. The following Knect Points Rewards will be awarded after the close of the Promotion Period to the top one thousand (1000) Participant(s) across all countries where this Skrill Promotion is offered, based on their final Leaderboard positions. Rewards will be credited as an increase in Knect Points to the respective Skrill USA’s or affiliated Skrill company’s account holder’s Knect Loyalty Program account within 30 days after the end of the Promotional Period. The Rewards to the top 1000 Participants will be as follows:

4.2. Rewards are not transferable to another person. Any applicable federal or state taxes owed by the Participant are the sole responsibility of the Participant.  Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for delays caused by technical issues outside its control. Participants who do not win a Reward will not be notified. Any and all decisions made by Skrill USA with respect to the Rewards, is final.

5. Limitation on Participation:

5.1. Each Participant may only hold one Skrill USA Account for the purposes of this Promotion. Any fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the Promotion at Skrill USA’s sole discretion. Skrill USA reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Participant’s access to the Promotion in case of suspected misuse.

5.2. Employees and contractors of Skrill USA or of any company with the Paysafe group of companies, and their immediate family members related by blood or affinity whose close association with the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship or any person living in the same household as a Skrill USA or Paysafe group employee, are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

6. Privacy: Any personal data or personal information provided by Participant in connection with this Promotion will be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the Promotion and distributing Prizes, and will be processed in accordance the Paysafe Group Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

7. Legal Recourse:

7.1. A Participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Promotion Terms & Conditions by participating in this Promotion during the Promotion Period. Skrill USA reserves the right to refuse participation or refuse to issue a Reward to anyone in breach of these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

7.2. Skrill USA reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time at our sole discretion by providing a written notice with the Promotion display and by amending these Promotion Terms & Conditions. Skrill USA reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Promotion Terms & Conditions or in the event of a computer virus or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Skrill USA that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotion..

7.3. Skrill USA reserves the right to remove a Participant from this Promotion where Skrill USA has reason to believe that a Participant breached or tried to breach these Promotion Terms & Conditions or attempted to circumvent any security or operational procedures, or any legal restriction or prohibition on this Promotion.

7.4. This Promotion does not apply to residents of U.S. states, territories, or jurisdictions where this Promotion is considered illegal, void, and/or prohibited.  

7.5. All decisions by Skrill USA related to this Promotion are final and binding, and no further correspondence will be forthcoming from Skrill USA after such decision.

7.6. Google Play and Apple App Store are not sponsors nor in any way connected or involved in any activity related to this Promotion by Skrill USA.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1. Skrill USA accepts no responsibility for participation by a Participant not successfully completed or a Reward not successfully provided, due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  Skrill USA is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network connection, or network hardware or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Promotion process; (iii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing or participation of a Participant in the Knect Loyalty Program, or in relation to redeeming any Kinect Points obtained by means of the Promotion; or (iv) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this Promotion or related to the Reward.

8.2. Skrill USA is not responsible, nor shall it be liable for: (i) any actions or failure to act or perform; or (ii) any alleged discrepancy, or complaint related in any way to this Promotion or the Knect Loyalty Program.

8.3. Skrill USA shall not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the Promotion Terms & Conditions, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strike, war (declared or undeclared), embargo, blockade, pandemic, legal prohibition, governmental action, riot, insurrection, damage, destruction, or transportation delays or cancellations.

8.4. Insofar as is permitted by law, Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Participant or prospective Participant, or accept any liability (whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential) for or in connection with a Participant’s participation (or attempted participation) in the Promotion, whether such liability arises from any claim based upon contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. A Participant’s statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Promotion Terms & Conditions excludes or limits in any way any liability for death or personal injury caused by Skrill’s negligence, for fraud or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be excluded or limited.

8.5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SKRILL USA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES TO PARTICIPANT, PROSPECTIVE PARTICIPANT, OR ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO THIS PROMOTION, TO PARTICIPATION OR ATTEMPTED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND/OR REDEMPTION OF A KNECT POINTS REWARD EARNED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF SKRILL USA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnity:  By participating this Promotion, Participant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Skrill USA, and its respective affiliate entities, directors, officers, employees, representatives, contractors and agents from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) the Participant’s participation or attempted participation in the Promotion; or (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of a Prize; or iii) while preparing for, or participating in, any Promotion-related activity.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:  The Promotion is subject to the federal and state laws of the state of Delaware, with the exclusion of the respective provisions on conflict of laws. Jurisdiction resides with the federal and state courts of New Castle County, Delaware. Should any individual provisions of these terms be deemed or become invalid, this shall not impair the validity of the other provisions.
