What to do if there has been an unauthorized transaction with my Skrill Card?

There is an unauthorized transaction on my Skrill Card*.

If you find any unauthorized transactions on your Skrill Card, please fill in the form below. You must also contact the merchant in regard to this transaction. This allows for the merchant to fix any mistakes or issue a refund if applicable.

If the merchant is not cooperative, or is making unauthorized transactions, or if any type of fraud has happened, please contact us immediately. A dispute process will be initiated once the transaction has cleared.

Please keep in mind, any pending transactions must clear to either accepted or declined before any action can be taken.

How can I make a charge back?

If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. Please ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.
