Once you make a Skrill card payment, the transaction may remain pending between 7-30 calendar days, depending on the payment type. If there was an error with your transaction or the payment failed on the merchant`s site, you can speed up the release of your funds by contacting the merchant with a request for them to revert your transaction.

On rare occasions, we may assist you with canceling a pending transaction manually. To proceed obtain an official written confirmation from the merchant, stating they will not be claiming the funds.

The merchant must state their merchant code, your card holder's name and last four digits of your card, the authorization code for the payment in question, and details of the payment (date, amount, currency)  Documents not containing the full details listed above cannot be accepted.
