How can I update my address?
You can only update your address when logged in from a web browser.
Moving to an address within the same country.
To update your address go to Settings > Personal details > Address > Edit.
The address details you register in your Skrill account must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
Avoid issues with your address correction by checking the guidelines below:
- We don't accept P.O. boxes as a valid address
- Ensure you use standard address format
- Use a residential address
- Your registered state should match your current address
- Ensure you have entered the address correctly and did not miss any numbers
- Your ZIP/postal code and city should match
- Do not use symbols (e.g. -, #, @)

If you’ve moved from one country within the European Economic Area (EEA) to another, simply contact us using the contact channel below and tell us your new address, so that we may update it for you.
We may at our discretion request a document proving your new address if you reside in one of the following countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden.
Moving to/from another country outside the EEA or USA
If you’ve moved from an EEA country to outside the EEA, or the other way around, close your existing Skrill account and register a new one in your new country using an alternative e-mail address. You can find the full list of EEA countries below.

Moving to/from any other country
If you’ve moved to or from any other country, send us an address verification document as proof of the change. Refer to the related articles to find a list of accepted address verification documents and their requirements.
