Can I transfer money from a merchant to my Skrill wallet?

Copied to clipboard

You can cash out and receive the money to your Skrill wallet from any of our partner sites.
Receiving money from a merchant is free of charge on our end, however, some merchants may apply a fee. It's better to check with the merchant directly.

In case your Skrill account is restricted for payments, you will not be able to compelte your withdrawal from a merchant. You can retry the payment once your Skrill account is active again.

Why is my transfer from merchant not completed yet?
If you're expecting a payment from a merchant using Skrill, please remember that individual merchants apply different timeframes depending on their own policy. Contact the merchant and double-check the conditions under which the payment is made. You should also check whether:

  • the money was sent to the same email address you registered in your Skrill account. If not, add it to your list of emails.
  • the merchant's timeframe for sending your payment has passed. If not, check with the merchant and wait for some more time.
  • there is a mismatch between the details in your Skrill account and the merchant website. Make sure to update any mismatched data on the merchant's website or in your Skrill account via section Settings > Personal details (available via web browser only) if necessary. Contact us via the available channel below for more major changes, such as names and/or date of birth.

If the timeframe has already passed but you still haven't received the money, ask the merchant for the Skrill transaction ID and get in touch with us by clicking on the available contact channel below.
