Your customer ID is a unique number linked to your Skrill wallet, consisting of 6-9 digits based on how long ago you registered. Depending on how you access your Skrill wallet, there are two ways to check your customer ID:

Via web browser login

Once you've logged into your account, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Your ID will be displayed there:

Via our mobile app

Once you've logged into your account, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Your user ID will be displayed under your registered names.
