    • Can I order my Skrill Card now?

      If you are an existing Skrill customer residing in a supported country, you can order a Skrill Card* right now.

      Simply log into your account, go to the Skrill Card section in My Account and click on Order. Please ensure you make any necessary amendments to the shipping address and the currency in which your card will be denominated.

      Please also note that your account will be charged with the card's annual fee of €10.

      Once you order your Skrill Card*  you may expect it delivered to your address within 7-10 business days. Please note that the PIN code is generated automatically online upon activation of the card.

       *Skrill card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries. 

    • Is the Skrill Card available worldwide?

      Currently, Skrill Cards* can only be issued to residents of countries that are members of the European Economic Area and a few other countries. We are constantly extending the list of supported countries.

    • My Skrill Prepaid Mastercard® payment was rejected. What is the reason?

      We recognise that it’s frustrating when a card payment is rejected. Your Skrill Prepaid Mastercard* payment may have been rejected for a variety of reasons: you have reached your limit, your balance isn’t enough to cover the payment, there’s a temporary restriction on your card or account, or you were attempting to use your card to purchase restricted goods or services.

      Please check our Terms of Use for allowed payment types, and make sure your card or account are not temporarily disabled.

      If you believe you had a sufficient balance and that the payment should have been processed successfully, please contact the Skrill Help Team.

    • How much does it cost to use a Skrill Card?

      Most services available with your Skrill Card* are free of charge:

      • FREE to pay for goods in shops, restaurants and online.
      • FREE to top up via bank transfer.
      • FREE to receiving cash.
      • FREE balance enquiries.
      • FREE online statements.
      • FREE PIN reissue.

      Apart from our annual fee (€10), we only charge for ATM usage (1.75%) and foreign exchange.

      These fees remain the same whether you are at home or abroad.

      Fees may differ or may not apply, depending on a customer's VIP status. You can see a full list of our charges under Fees in the Skrill Card section of the Skrill website.

    • I've forgotten the PIN for my Skrill Card. What do I need to do?

      If you're forgotten the PIN for your Skrill Card*, you can order a PIN reminder free of charge by following these steps:

      1. Log in to your Skrill Account.
      2. Go to My Account and click on Skrill Card.
      3. Select your card, and then click on PIN Retrieval. 

      Please protect your PIN, never write it down and never disclose it to anyone.

    • How do I activate my Skrill Card?

      For security purposes, you need to activate your card before you can start using it.

      To activate your card, simply log in to your Skrill Account and click on Skrill Card* in the Account Overview section, then verify the requested details to complete the process.

      *Skrill card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries.

    • My Skrill Card is lost or stolen. What do I need to do?

      If you lose your card* or have had it stolen, please call our dedicated lost and stolen cards line on +44 (0) 203 308 2530

      Your card will be blocked immediately from further use and a new card issued if requested.

    • Where can I use my Skrill Card?

      You can use your Skrill Card* to shop online, to shop in stores worldwide (with no extra cost for using the card abroad at over 35 million locations), and to withdraw cash instantly at 1.9 million ATMs worldwide.

      Your Skrill Card is the first instant withdrawal option to be launched by Skrill. There are more exciting developments in the pipeline – we’ll let you know more as these become available.

    • Can I use my Skrill Card for gaming transactions?

      Your Skrill Card* can be used for offline gambling activities, such as in physical casinos, betting shops etc., but not for online betting.

    • I ordered a Skrill Card but it never arrived. What should I do?

      You should receive your Skrill Card* within two weeks of your application.

    • How do I cancel my Skrill Card?

      Should you wish to, you can cancel your Skrill Card* online at any time without any cancellation fee via the Skrill Card section of your account. Your remaining funds will remain in your Skrill Digital Wallet and can be redeemed at any time.

    • How do I top up and manage my Skrill Card?

      To top up your Skrill Card*, you need to upload funds into your Skrill Digital Wallet, as the two are directly connected.

      Simply go to Account Overview, click Upload and choose the option that's most convenient for you.

      Any transactions you make with your card will appear in the All transactions section, which you can check online at any time.

      To manage your Skrill Card, simply click on the Skrill Card section of your account.
