How to enable third-party cookies in my browser?
To be able to upload verification documents in your account, your web browser needs to be configured so as to accept third-party cookies. Here you can find out how to enable third-party cookies on some of the most popular browsers:
Google Chrome
Computer
- At the top right corner of Chrome, click More, then Settings.
- At the bottom, click Advanced.
- Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
- Click Cookies and site data. Check if Block third-party cookies is toggled off; if not, enable third-party cookies by clicking Allow all cookies.
Android devices
- Tap More and then Settings in the Google Chrome app.
- Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
- Make sure Block third-party cookies is not selected.
iOS devices
In the Google Chrome app on iPads and iPhones, cookies are automatically turned on.
Mozilla Firefox
Computer
- At the top right corner of Firefox, click Menu, then Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Standard option (if you have Custom selected, make sure that the cookies check-mark is unchecked).
Android devices
- At the top right corner of Firefox, tap the menu icon.
- Within the Settings screen tap Privacy.
- Tap Cookies > select Enabled or Enabled, excluding tracking cookies.
iOS devices
- At the top right corner of Firefox, tap the menu icon.
- From the menu select Privacy and then Tracking Protection.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Standard option.
Internet Explorer
Computer
- At the top right corner of your browser, click the Settings button, then Internet options.
- Go to Privacy > Advanced.
- Select Accept under Third-party Cookies and click OK twice.
Safari
Mac
- Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click Safari and select Preferences.
- In the preference window select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never.
iPhone/iPad
- Open your Settings.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- Under Privacy & Security, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.
