Why did my withdrawal fail?

Skrill uses the OCT (Original Credit Transaction) payment method to process Visa® payouts ‘online’. If your Visa® withdrawal failed, contact your card issuer to check if they support OCT payouts. If not, please use an alternative withdrawal option from the ones available to you.
