Siegfried Heimgaertner joined the Skrill Group as Chief Executive Officer in June 2012, having spent the previous decade in senior roles at European payment companies. In his previous role, Siegfried was Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff at Ingenico. Here, he was responsible for business coordination, strategic alliances and partnerships globally. He was also a member of the Management Board. Prior to their acquisition by Ingenico, he was MD, then CEO at easycash Group, the market leading payment service provider in Germany.Siegfried gained his strong international sales, marketing and operational understanding in earlier roles at leading technology companies, including Epson. He acquired his intercultural experiences while serving as a military officer in the United States and Belgium.A graduate of the International Management Programme at Ecole Européenne des Affaires, Paris, Siegfried also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
Neil Steinhardt joined the Skrill Group as CEO of Skrill USA, Inc. in March 2013. In this role, he is responsible for the management and continued growth of Skrill USA. Prior to joining Skrill Neil has served as Managing Director for paysafecard.com USA, Inc. where he established the US subsidiary and leveraged the company’s European assets for the US and Canada. Prior to that he served as the VP of Product & Services for Via One and various roles, including VP of Product Management, at IPP of America, a licensed money transmitter. Neil began his career as an advertising creative at Triton Advertising and was a founder of the Pet Channel Network, an internet start-up, in the late nineties. Neil holds a MBA in International Business and Marketing from Baruch College and Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Brandeis University.
Nilesh Pandya joined the Skrill Group in November 2010. He has spent six of the last nine years in the software sector. From 2007 to 2010, Nilesh was Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Powerplate International. Among other things, he was responsible for accounting including control and risk, global treasury and corporate finance encompassing debt and equity raising. From 2001 to 2007, Nilesh was CFO of Inclarity Plc, an emerging market telecommunications and technology specialist. Prior to that, Nilesh worked in various financial roles for Marks & Spencer Plc, BOC Group Plc, HSBC Investment Bank and KPMG, where he was a member of the Financial Sector Group focusing on audit, due diligence and consulting on financial institutions. Nilesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
Georg von Brevern joined the Skrill Group in May 2007 and has been involved in a number of areas. Today, as Senior Vice President Corporate Office & Compliance, he is responsible for legal, risk, internal audit and compliance. Previously, Georg was the European Collateral Manager and MLRO of GE Commercial Distribution Finance GmbH, a provider of specialised financing and servicing programmes facilitating the manufacture, distribution and sale of products. He started his career at KPMG Forensic Accounting, specialising in compliance advisory. Georg is a graduate of law and admitted to the bar as an attorney in Germany.
Roland Schaar joined Skrill in March 2013 as Senior Vice President Technology, where he has overall responsibility for IT including development, testing, project portfolio management and security. Roland joined the group after the acquisition of paysafecard where he held similar responsibilities as CIO since 2010. He has 13 years of experience in the financial services industry and has built strong expertise in post-merger integration projects and large scale IT system integration projects. Between 2008 and 2010 Roland worked for a large Austrian bank where he was responsible for IT in 10 Eastern European countries. From 2000 to 2008 Roland worked for Accenture focusing on system integration and was also responsible for implementing offshore capabilities for Application Management. Roland has a Master degree in Computer Sciences and holds a Post Graduate degree in International Project Management.
Craig Doyle joined the Skrill Group as Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing in January 2013. His main responsibility is to consolidate the Sales and Marketing business units to ensure delivery of market-leading solutions. Furthermore, as a part of the Senior Management Team, Craig will ensure Skrill meets its goals and objectives, in line with the corporate business plan. Lastly, he will help transform the company into not only a leader in gaming, but in the payments industry as a whole. Craig has a wealth of experience from both a functional and industry perspective. Before he joined Skrill, he spent almost 10 years working for Ingenico. Here, he held a number of key positions. Most recently, he was Managing Director of the Northern European Region, Vice President of Marketing and Solutions for Europe, as well as Executive Committee Member of the global company. Previously, Craig acted as Executive Vice President Acquiring Business Unit, among other Director roles. During the transformation process of Ingenico in 2008/9, Craig also jointly led the Strategic Plan implementation for the global company.
Nick Walker joined the Skrill Group as Senior Vice President Human Resources in October 2012. As a member of the Executive Team, he is responsible for helping to transform the company through strong Human Resources (HR) operations and programmes, including engagement and development. Nick spent the last twelve years in senior international HR roles throughout the IT industry. Most recently, Nick was Director Human Resources at Bull, where he managed all Human Resources in Europe, Middle East & Africa and the Americas. In this role, he made significant contributions towards mergers and acquisitions as well as divestment activity, employee engagement, recruitment, retention and development initiatives. Prior to this, Nick held a number of international HR operational and consultancy positions with Atos Origin, Schlumberger, Sema and Xerox. During this time, he was based in Kuala Lumpur and Paris, among other places. Nick is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management as well as a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Geography from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.
David Roe joined Skrill in October 2002 shortly after it was launched. David has been the key architect in designing Skrill’s payment system, products and risk management tools and during his time at the Group has been involved in setting up many parts of Skrill’s operations including anti-fraud, merchant service and customer service. David holds a Bachelors degree with Honours in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.
Udo Müller completed his studies in industrial engineering and management at Graz University of Technology, as well as at Haas University of California/Berkeley, USA. In addition, he completed an MBA at the Danube University Krems.
In 2001, Udo Müller relinquished his activities at ABB Power Automation in Switzerland for the position of sales manager at paysafecard in Dusseldorf. In 2003 he took over International Business Development at paysafecard and joined the board in 2006.
Stefan Kalteis joined Skrill in September 2011 after the acquisition of payolution, which he co-founded and now leads as CEO. Prior to joining payolution, Stefan was an active entrepreneur and investor, including people search engine 123people, where he was founding CEO and VC Fund Target Partners. Stefan holds a MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a MBA from ESADE Business School.
