What to do if there has been an unauthorized transaction with my Skrill Prepaid Mastercard®?

If you find any unauthorised transactions made with your Skrill Card, we recommend blocking your card immediately by following these steps:
- Log in to your Skrill account
- Navigate to the Skrill Card section
- Press the Lock Card button
You can contact the merchant regarding this transaction to issue a refund if applicable. Referring to the merchant often helps resolve the situation faster.
Please keep in mind that any pending transactions must clear to either accepted or declined before any action can be taken.
How can I make a chargeback?
If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund, you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. You can ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.
