My account was logged in from a new device, but it wasn't me. What should I do?

If you have received an email that a new login to your Skrill account was detected but it wasn't you, please log in from a web browser to change your login email and password immediately and get in touch with us by clicking the available contact channel below.

The chances of this happening are slim, however. Skrill uses sophisticated scoring and anti-fraud protection tools to ensure that your account stays safe. We also monitor and validate transactions and account activity. If we detect anything unusual, we will quickly inform you or, in an extreme case, temporarily restrict your account while we investigate further.

You can help by keeping an eye on your account and staying alert for anything out of the ordinary. You should also make sure that you choose a strong password that cannot easily be guessed, and do not share it with anybody.
