How to enable third-party cookies in my browser?

To be able to upload verification documents in your account, your web browser needs to be configured so as to accept third-party cookies. Here you can find out how to enable third-party cookies on some of the most popular browsers:

Google Chrome

Computer

  1. At the top right corner of Chrome, click More, then Settings.
  2. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  3. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.
  4. Click Cookies and site data. Check if Block third-party cookies is toggled off; if not, enable third-party cookies by clicking Allow all cookies.

Android devices

  1. Tap More and then Settings in the Google Chrome app.
  2. Tap Site settings and then Cookies.
  3. Make sure Block third-party cookies is not selected.

iOS devices

In the Google Chrome app on iPads and iPhones, cookies are automatically turned on.

Mozilla Firefox

Computer

  1. At the top right corner of Firefox, click Menu, then Settings.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Standard option (if you have Custom selected, make sure that the cookies check-mark is unchecked).

Android devices

  1. At the top right corner of Firefox, tap the menu icon.
  2. Within the Settings screen tap Privacy.
  3. Tap Cookies > select Enabled or Enabled, excluding tracking cookies.

iOS devices

  1. At the top right corner of Firefox, tap the menu icon.
  2. From the menu select Privacy and then Tracking Protection.
  3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, select the Standard option.

Internet Explorer 

Computer

  1. At the top right corner of your browser, click the Settings button, then Internet options.
  2. Go to Privacy > Advanced.
  3. Select Accept under Third-party Cookies and click OK twice.

Safari

Mac

  1. Open Safari and in the top left corner of your screen click Safari and select Preferences. 
  2. In the preference window select the Privacy option and under Block cookies select Never.

iPhone/iPad

  1. Open your Settings.
  2. Scroll down and select Safari.
  3. Under Privacy & Security, turn off Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies.
