What is Caller ID?
The Caller ID is a 5-digit code used for authentication when you call our Customer Service phone lines, allowing you faster and seamless service. Entering your Caller ID when prompted helps us identify you and connect you to our experts more quickly.
Where can I see my Caller ID?
You can access your Caller ID within the Contact us section in your Skrill account, as well as in the mobile app. When you click the Contact us button, select the phone number you wish to call; under the number you'll see your Caller ID:
Once you call us, you'll be asked to enter your Caller ID and will then be transferred to the relevant department.
How do I use the Caller ID on the Skrill app?
When you log into your account on the mobile app, click on the profile icon in the top right corner and navigate to the Contact us tab below. Click Call us and select the number you wish to call; the number along with the Caller ID will then be copied to your dial pad.
Once you call us, you'll be transferred to the relevant department.
Note: Each code is valid for 30 minutes only. If the timeframe passes, you can always generate a new one via the Contact us section of your Skrill account.
