You can only change your registered email address while logged in via a web browser.

With Skrill you can have up to 5 registered emails at a time. To add a new email address, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in via web browser and go to Settings > Personal details > Email address.
  2. Enter your new email address.
  3. Click on the verification link you’ll receive via email to confirm the change. Keep in mind that the verification link is valid only for 30 minutes.

If you previously added a secondary email and haven’t verified it yet, go to the same section and click the Verify button next to it.

How do I change my primary email address?

To change your primary email address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Personal details > Email address.
  2. Add and verify your new email address (if you haven’t already).
  3. Click Make primary next to the new email.
  4. Select where you want to receive a 6-digit verification code, depending on your active authentication methods:
  • Your current primary email address,
  • your registered phone number, or
  • contact us if you don’t have access to either.
  1. Enter the code within 15 minutes to confirm the change.

If you don’t receive the code, wait a few minutes and check again. If you still haven’t received it, click the Send new code button to receive a new one.

To update your authentication methods, go to Settings > Security > Authentication methods (available only on a web browser).
