If you're sending an amount bigger than 15 USD to another Skrill customer, you'll have a thirty-minute window to cancel the transaction. If you don't cancel it within 30 minutes, the transaction will be automatically processed. Afterward, it cannot be reversed.

To cancel the transfer, simply:

1. Go to the Transactions tab
2. Select the pending transaction
3. Click Cancel, then confirm the cancellation.
