Visa® and Skrill both employ sophisticated security systems that monitor for suspicious transactions and help us minimize fraud. If you think your Skrill Virtual Visa® Prepaid Card has been used without your consent, please notify us immediately to block the card. You can also log in to your account, go to Skrill Card > Virtual and Lock your card until you get in touch with us.

How can I make a chargeback?
If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund, you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. Please ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.
If a merchant refuses to issue a refund, please contact Skrill support via an available contact channel below.
