How can I make a chargeback?

If you have made a purchase and would like to cancel the transaction or receive a refund, you must contact the merchant where you made the transaction. Please ask the merchant to send the refund back to your card.

If a merchant refuses to issue a refund, please contact Skrill support via an available contact channel below.
