I have not received my Skrill Prepaid Mastercard® on time

The Skrill Prepaid Mastercard® is available only to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries and the UK.

You should receive your Skrill Card within 15 business days of application.

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note that this action is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay you will not be able to activate it.
