How can I benefit from your Knect Loyalty Program?

What is Knect?

Knect is Skrill’s loyalty programme, which rewards you for making transactions. It is completely free, no subscription or enrollment fees!

How do I join Knect?

If the Knect programme is available in your country of registration, you can join by completing the steps below:       

  1. Log in to your Skrill account;
  2. Go to Loyalty
  3. Agree to the Skrill Knect Loyalty Programme Rules.

How do I earn Knect loyalty points?

You earn points by depositing, withdrawing, and making card transactions. Buying, selling and transferring crypto also may earn points, depending on your country of residence. Merchant transactions, excluding transfers to Bet365 count as well.

  • The table shows the points you receive per one euro (currency equivalent).
  • Send money transactions to other Skrill customers are excluded from the program.

You also have the option to boost your points by taking part in our customized promotions. To make sure you receive information about current promotions, login to your Skrill account and go to Settings > Marketing preferences and select the offers type you wish to be notified for.

Are there any limitations to the loyalty points I can earn?

Yes, you can earn a maximum of 1,000 (one thousand) points per qualifying transaction and a combined limit of 500,000 points in a calendar month.

Any rounding will be done to the lower number (for example, if you transact an amount of up to EUR 0.5 you will get zero points. If you transact an amount of EUR 1.1 – EUR 1.9 you will receive 1 loyalty point).

When will my points be available?

Points will be made available upon settlement of your transaction, which typically happens within a few hours after authorization. Note that in some cases it may take 1 – 2 days for your points to appear in your account.

How long do I have to redeem my points?

Points will expire on a fixed date every rolling calendar year after you have earned them. The fixed rolling calendar day, month and time are 1st January 00:00 GMT.

Example: if you earn points on 4 February 2020, they will expire 1 January 2022 at 00:00 GMT.

How can I access my Points History?

You can see how many reward points you have earned by accessing the Points History tab under the Loyalty menu.

I cannot access my Points History. Why?

We only show transactions dating back to 5 October 2021. Older transactions cannot be displayed.

How can I opt out of Knect?

You can cancel your membership at any time via Settings > Account Settings > Loyalty program > Deactivate.
