I have not received my Skrill card on time

You should receive your Skrill Card* within 15 business days of application. * Our local carrier provider is experiencing delivery delays. Please, allow up to 20 business days for your Skrill card to arrive before reporting it as undelivered.

We can cancel your undelivered card upon your request so you can apply for a new one. Note, that this action is irreversible. If you receive the canceled plastic with delay you will not be able to activate it.

*Skrill card is only available to residents of authorized European Economic Area (EEA) countries.
