Knect – Skrill’s Loyalty Program FAQs

Knect is Skrill USA, Inc.’s (“Skrill USA”) loyalty program (the “Knect Program”), which rewards Skrill USA account holders for making transactions and connections. For certain fund transfers you complete using Skrill USA, you earn Knect loyalty points which can be exchanged for a variety of rewards and gifts.

Subject to the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions in order to be able to sign up to the Knect Program, you must be a current Skrill USA account holder. Additional qualifying criteria may apply.

Enrol in the Knect Program by:

a) Logging in to your existing Skrill USA account via www.skrill.com; 
b) Selecting ‘Knect’ using the top navigation tab;
c) Accept the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

By joining the Knect Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and by any changes or modifications we may make to those terms and conditions at any point of time.

Please refer to the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for the full version of the terms and conditions of the Knect Program. We may run customized ad-hoc promotions available to groups of users for limited periods of time. All such promotions will be communicated to eligible participants upfront. 

You earn points by conducting any of the below listed Qualifying Transactions (as defined in the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions). The table shows the current points you receive per one U.S. dollar.

Yes, you can earn a maximum of one thousand (1,000) points per Qualifying Transaction (as defined in the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions) and a combined limit of five hundred thousand (500,000) points in a calendar month.

Any rounding will be done to the lower number (for example, if you transact an amount of up to $0.99 USD, you will get zero points. If you transact an amount of $1.01-$1.99 USD, you will receive 1 loyalty point).

Points will expire on a fixed date every rolling calendar year, after you have earned the points. The fixed rolling calendar day, month and time is January 1,  00:00 GMT

Example: if you earn points on February 4, 2020, they will expire January 1, 2022 at 00:00.GMT

There will be a wide variety of rewards for which you can redeem your points. Please refer to the ‘Redeem Loyalty Points’ section within your Knect dashboard, for all currently available rewards.

Please note: Skrill USA is always updating rewards to ensure they are relevant to you. Be sure to check back regularly to see what new rewards are available for you.

a) Log in to your Skrill USA account and using the side navigation, click on Knect. 
b) Select ‘Spend Points’ in the top navigation on your Knect dashboard; 
c) Select your reward.

Points will be made available upon settlement of your Qualifying Transaction, which typically happens within a few hours after authorization.

a) Go to your Knect dashboard, by logging into your Skrill USA account and click ‘Knect‘ using the side navigation.
b) Select "Points History" within the top navigation

In the case of actual or suspected fraud or abuse with respect to participation in the Skrill USA Knect Loyalty Program or involving points, Skrill USA has the right, in its sole discretion, to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, and all points earned through the Knect Program by you may be forfeited and your participation terminated. Fraud or abuse includes, but is not limited to, any activity between Skrill USA account holders or between Skrill USA account holders and merchants whose principal purpose is to earn points. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Skrill USA has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Skrill USA has the right to terminate your participation in the Knect Program and refuse any and all current or future access to, or use of the Knect Program. Membership in the Knect Program, including any points that may have been issued to you, may be revoked or suspended at Skrill USA’s sole discretion.

Yes. Skrill USA may, in its sole discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Knect Loyalty Program, or any aspect or feature of the Knect Loyalty Program, upon 30 days’ prior notice, even if such changes may affect points already earned and/or the value of a reward already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem. If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Knect Loyalty Program, you may cancel your participation at any time by:

a) Logging into Skrill.com,
b) Using the side navigation select ‘Settings’
c) Clicking on ’Account Settings‘ 
d) Selecting “Loyalty Program” 
e) Clicking on ‘Deactivate’

Your points history will be saved for a further twelve (12) month period. After that, if you have not re-opted into the Knect Loyalty Program your points and history will be removed permanently. To re-opt in, go back to your Skrill USA account, select ‘Knect’ in the top navigation and re-join.

As a general rule, the use of your Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card is subject to the Skrill Visa® Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions.
Use and operation of your Skrill USA digital wallet account is subject to the Skrill Account Terms Of Use.
